Full Moon Retreat FAQ: Dates, Accommodation, and Booking

1 March 2027 · By Arnold Dcosta, Inward Action

A collection of the practical questions that come up most often when people are deciding whether and how to book.

How often do Full Moon retreats run? Retreats are timed to the lunar cycle, so cycles run roughly monthly. Exact dates shift slightly each month since the Full Moon itself moves — check the live calendar for upcoming dates rather than assuming a fixed day of the month.

What retreat lengths are available? 3-Day Island Reset, 5-Day Island Awakening, and 7-Day Signature Immersion, plus the single-evening Full Moon Gathering for those not ready for a multi-day stay. All lengths converge on the same Full Moon closing ritual.

What accommodation options are there? Shared tent is the default inclusion. Private tent and private hut upgrades are available for guests who prefer more privacy, with private huts limited to two per cycle to preserve intimacy across the group.

How does the invitation process work? Rather than an instant online checkout, retreats here run on a personal confirmation process — after you request a spot, the team follows up directly to confirm details, answer questions, and finalize your booking. This is intentional: it keeps groups genuinely curated rather than filled automatically.

Do I need to book far in advance? Given the capped group size (15–25 guests), popular cycles — particularly in peak season, November through February — can fill up. Booking a few weeks ahead is generally advisable, more so in peak months.

What's included in the price? Accommodation, meals, and the full program of sessions (yoga, breathwork, chakra work, kundalini activation, sound healing, and the Full Moon ritual) are bundled into retreat pricing. Transport arrangements from the airport are coordinated as part of the booking process.

Can I attend solo? Yes — solo travelers are one of the most common types of guest, not an exception. See the dedicated guide on attending alone for more detail.

Is there a minimum experience level required? No. Every retreat length is designed to be accessible to complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners, and nothing is mandatory.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? Refer to the current cancellation and refund policy for specifics, since terms can vary by season and how far in advance you cancel.

How do I actually book? Request an Invitation through the website, share your preferred dates and retreat length, and the team will follow up to confirm availability and next steps.
