Morning

Morning Yoga, Meditation and Island Breakfast

7:30 am to 10 am · ₹2,222 per person

Begin the day with breath, movement, and a nourishing island breakfast.

A facilitator leading a small group in the open-air yoga shala at sunrise Island breakfast served in clay pots under the trees Three guests meditating on the grass in the coconut grove Four guests meditating together on mats among the palms

A gentle morning away for people who want to greet the day differently. Mindful movement, guided stillness, good food, and time in nature — welcoming for beginners and still meaningful for regular practitioners.

Arrive by boat, leave the rush of the mainland behind, and begin with yoga in the open air. After a guided meditation and a wholesome breakfast there is time to sit quietly, talk, walk gently, or simply enjoy being somewhere slower.

Want to paddle too? Add kayaking and start at 6:30 am, on the water while the river is calm, before yoga begins.

Best for

  • Beginners and regular yoga practitioners
  • Goa visitors after a memorable morning
  • Anyone who wants yoga without giving up a whole day
  • Couples, friends, solo travellers, and small groups
  • Guests looking for a calm, alcohol-free nature activity

How it flows

Our signature island reset: yoga, breath, food, water, music, movement, and an island full of space. A guided day for people who want to step out of routine, reconnect with their body, spend real time in nature, and enjoy movement without performance or pressure.

The day moves through grounding, expression, release, rest, and celebration. "Chakra cleansing" is used as a yoga-inspired framework for attention, movement, breath, reflection, and self-inquiry. It does not diagnose, cure, or treat any medical or mental-health condition.
