Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & refunds

Deposits and full retreat payments are refundable on this schedule, based on days before your retreat's arrival date:

• 14 or more days before arrival: 75% refunded
• 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refunded
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund (rescheduling is still available — see below)

Full Moon Gathering (single evening)

The Full Moon Gathering follows the same cancellation schedule above.

Rescheduling

Guests may move their booking to a future Full Moon cycle instead of cancelling, for a 40% rescheduling fee, up to 7 days before arrival. Requests within 7 days of arrival cannot be rescheduled.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel a retreat (e.g. severe weather, insufficient bookings), guests may choose either a full refund or credit toward a future retreat date.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned via bank transfer to the account they were paid from, within 7–10 business days.
