Deposits and full retreat payments are refundable on this schedule, based on days before your retreat's arrival date:
The Full Moon Gathering follows the same cancellation schedule above.
Guests may move their booking to a future Full Moon cycle instead of cancelling, for a 40% rescheduling fee, up to 7 days before arrival. Requests within 7 days of arrival cannot be rescheduled.
If we cancel a retreat (e.g. severe weather, insufficient bookings), guests may choose either a full refund or credit toward a future retreat date.
Inward Action shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government action or restrictions, civil unrest, epidemic or pandemic, strikes, or disruption to boat or ferry access to Sai Island.
Where a retreat cannot proceed due to a Force Majeure event, guests will be offered credit toward a future retreat cycle. Cash refunds in these circumstances are offered at Inward Action's discretion, after accounting for costs already committed to the retreat (accommodation, staff, and provisioning).
Approved refunds are returned via bank transfer to the account they were paid from, within 7–10 business days.
