A booking is confirmed once payment (in full or deposit, as applicable) is received and verified. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book or attend a retreat.
Guests confirm they are physically able to take part in yoga, breathwork, kayaking, and walking activities on uneven island terrain. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or mobility concerns should inform our team before booking, so we can advise on suitability and any reasonable accommodations.
Guests are expected to treat facilitators, staff, and fellow guests with respect. Excessive alcohol use, illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
Sai Island is accessed by boat. In the event of unsafe weather or river conditions, we will adjust the schedule or relocate activities where possible. Retreat dates themselves will only change in extreme circumstances, and we'll communicate any changes as early as we can.
Inward Action, its facilitators, staff, and partners accept no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in retreat activities — including yoga, breathwork, kayaking, boat transfers, and time spent on the island — except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Guests participate at their own risk. Given the physical and boat-based nature of these retreats, this clause should still be finalized with a lawyer before publishing — an unenforceable waiver can leave you less protected than a properly drafted one.
