Before You Arrive
Honest, practical information about what to expect physically, what to pack, and how we handle the things outside anyone's control.
Physical Requirements
Sai Island is reached by boat, and the terrain is natural, not paved — guests should be comfortable walking on uneven ground, boarding a small boat, and spending extended time outdoors. The retreat is moderate, not extreme: no prior fitness level or yoga experience is required, and every session is optional, never mandatory.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or mobility concerns should let our team know when they call to confirm the booking, so activities can be adapted appropriately. The minimum age to attend is 18.

Beyond Our Control
Access to Sai Island is by boat, so weather can occasionally affect transfers or outdoor sessions. If conditions require a change, our team adjusts the schedule directly — sessions may move under cover, or timing may shift — and guests are kept informed rather than left to guess. This is separate from our Force Majeure policy, which covers what happens if a retreat can't proceed at all.
