To confirm your booking, communicate before and during your retreat, plan meals and activities around any restrictions you've shared, and process payment. We do not sell your information.

4. Third parties we work with

Resend (email delivery) and Netlify (hosting). Each handles data under their own privacy policies. If you pay by bank transfer or PayPal, that transaction is handled directly between you and our team/bank, not through this website.

5. Data retention

All guest information is held and controlled by Inward Action. We keep it for as long as needed for booking, safety, and business purposes, and you can request its deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to connect@inwardaction.com.
