A guided circle session on Sai Island with the river behind

Goa's first island yoga space

The Island Journey: Yoga, Breathwork, Chakra Cleansing & Kundalini

Four experiences on Sai Island, North Goa, that build on each other. Do one, or move through all four over a month.

Four Stages

Ground, open, cleanse, awaken

Yoga settles the body. Breath opens what has been held. The chakra day clears and tunes the seven centres. Kundalini Kriya gathers that energy in a closing practice. Each one works alone, and each one deepens the next.

The Weekly Rhythm

What runs on which day

Monday is Shiva's day, and many guests observe a fast, so it is our day for the chakra reset and the Kundalini closing. Tell us if you are fasting. Days can change with the season, so we confirm your date on WhatsApp.

One Month, Four Stages

An example month

  1. Week 1, ground. A few mornings of yoga and island breakfast to arrive.
  2. Week 2, open. An evening breathwork reset with the river kayak, then a second one if it calls you.
  3. Week 3, cleanse. The full-day chakra reset, on a Monday or Saturday.
  4. Week 4, awaken. Another chakra day, this time with the optional Kundalini Kriya closing, and more yoga to land.

This is an example, not a fixed programme. We shape it with you.

Good to Know

Island Journey questions

What is the Island Journey?+

The Island Journey is the way our four experiences on Sai Island, North Goa, build on each other: morning yoga to ground you, evening breathwork with a kayak to open up, the full-day chakra reset to cleanse, and an optional Kundalini Kriya closing to awaken. You can do one, or move through them over days or weeks.

Do I have to do them in order?+

No. Any experience stands on its own. If you are new to breathwork or Kundalini, we suggest starting with yoga and breathwork first, and we will guide you on what suits you.

Which days does each experience run?+

Morning yoga runs every day. The evening breathwork with a kayak runs on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The full-day chakra reset, with the optional Kundalini Kriya closing, runs on Monday and Saturday. Other days are open for private sessions and team days.

What is the 30-day Journey Pass?+

The Journey Pass is a single pass for one month that lets you move through the experiences without booking and paying for each one separately. It is enquiry only for now, and pricing and terms are shared when you ask. Tell us when you would like to start and which experiences interest you.

Is Kundalini Kriya safe for beginners?+

Kundalini practice can be intense, so it is an optional add-on and we ask a few health questions first. It is not suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure history, a heart condition, a serious mental-health condition, or have had recent surgery. It is not medical treatment or therapy.

Why is Monday called Shiva Monday?+

Monday is traditionally Shiva's day, and many people observe a fast on it. We run the chakra reset and the optional Kundalini Kriya on Mondays for that reason. If you are fasting, tell us when you book.

Where is Sai Island and how do I get there?+

Sai Island is in Tuye, Pernem, North Goa, reached by a short boat crossing from the Arabo riverside in Dhargal, Pernem, north of Siolim. For day activities the private boat ride from the boarding point is included in the activity price.

These practices are not medical treatment or therapy. Participation is always optional and at your own pace.
