Inward Action is created through a Yogic journey unravelling the mystic nature of the Human Body Mind & Spirit.

This journey begun back in 2012, and we’ve been enriching the experiences of our guests ever since. Each session is a unique expression of the beauty and wonder that life has to offer, with a hint of guidance and inspiration.

We understand that the time and space to escape from the hustle and bustle of life can be in limited supply, which is why we dedicate so much time and effort into all the preparations. We have multiple locations to explopre the power of Yoga providing a host of Ashtanga Yoga Classes, Vinyasa Yoga classes , Kundalini Yoga & Medical Yoga so we can ensure you have the best experience in Goa.
