How do i book a yoga class?
You can book a class online through our website by selecting your desired class and time, and completing the payment process or you can choose to pay at the studio as you attend the class.
What types of yoga classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of classes including Kundalini yoga, prenatal yoga, morning yoga, beach yoga, chakra cleansing sessions, and breathwork for beginners and advanced practitioners.
What should I bring to a yoga session?
It is recommended to bring comfortable clothing for yoga practice, a yoga mat, a water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent, and any personal items you may need. Depending on the location, you may also want to bring appropriate attire for outdoor activities or cultural visits.
Are there classes suitable for beginners?

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
While we recommend bringing your own mat for hygiene reasons, we also provide mats for those who don't have one.

How early should I arrive for my class?
